The Forex Focus Long fund is based upon the structure, strategy, and administrative arrangements described separately for the Forex Volatility Focus fund. This document incorporates the Forex Volatility Focus fund document by reference and therefore also incorporates all relevant risk factors, terms, and participation criteria which are referenced in the Forex Volatility Focus document:
The Forex Focus Long fund differs from the Forex Volatility Focus fund in that it will employ only strategies which are long Bitcoin versus the US dollar on a net basis. Such strategies are intended to generate positive returns in Bitcoin terms when the value of Bitcoin rises against the US dollar.
The fund is therefore potentially suitable only for participants who believe the value of Bitcoin will rise in US dollar terms during the period of the fund’s operation.
