Bitcoin Private Equity

Please get in touch via our contact page if you would like further details about our private equity plans.

To date, we have not involved other investors in our own Bitcoin-based investment strategies, and our existing corporate structure as a trading unit of Mulhauser Consulting Ltd., an ordinary UK limited company — as distinct from a designated investment company — places significant limits on our ability to invest efficiently in the Bitcoin economy. This structure restricts us to Bitcoin-denominated investments, since under current guidance from the British government, capital gains liability for the company arises at the point that gains denominated in Bitcoin are converted to fiat.

Nonetheless, operating within an entirely Bitcoin-denominated space does offer some flexibility, and we are now considering opening our investment activities to a limited audience of additional investors in the form of a private equity fund. Please get in touch via our contact page if you would like further details.
